Spent batteries and lead scrap are sourced from certified vendors, then weighed and logged at the gate.
Smelt
Lead-bearing material is smelted to recover crude lead, with controlled emissions and safe handling throughout.
Refine
Crude lead is refined in temperature-controlled kettles until the melt reaches battery-grade purity.
Alloy & cast
Metal is alloyed to your formulation, verified on the spectrometer and cast into stamped, bundled ingots.
Tested before it leaves the gate.
Every heat is checked by optical emission spectrometry before casting, and every consignment is logged from raw feed to finished ingot. Your incoming inspection confirms what our outgoing inspection already proved.
Off-spec metal goes back to the kettle, not into your consignment.
